Winning Conference Prizes
During the ICE.ART Conference 2026.I, prizes will be raffled per conference day among all participant who have attended.
Everybody over the age of 18 who are resident anywhere in the world are eligible to participate. Participation in the prize draw is automatic through active participation (= registration and personal attendance) in the ICE.ART Conference. Employees of the ICE.ART Conference Organizer (vrbn group AG) and their relatives are excluded from participation. Only one (1) prize can be won per person. Legal recourse is excluded.
The winners will be drawn daily during or after the end of the respective conference day and will then be notified by the e-mail used for the conference registration. The Organizer will try to contact the winner for no longer than 2 days after the conference ended. If the Organizer gets no reply, the Organizer will raffle another winner. (The follow-up cycle of 2 days is then continued.)
Once the complete postal address (and other relevant information) for delivery of the prize has been provided, it will be sent digitally or by post by the Organizer, free of charge. The postal address will be used exclusively for this purpose and then deleted immediately. The winners may be listed on the ICE.ART Conference website or in social media posts with the initials of their first and last names, and country of residence.

Winning the VIEW Conference All Access Pass Draw
Before the View Conference 2025, the ICE.ART team will draw 4 winners who each will win one 'All Access Pass'. The draw ends on Friday 26 September 2025. 12:00 pm CEST.

Winning the Key Visual Competition
During the preparation for the ICE.ART Conference 2025.II, the Jury will announce the three (3) winning entries in the Key Visual Competition. The sponsors for the prizes will be announced soon.
The entity or person submitting an entry must have all rights to submit the work.

Employees of the ICE.ART Conference Organizer (vrbn group AG) and their relatives are excluded from participation. Only one (1) submission can be made and only one (1) prize can be won per entity or person. Legal recourse is excluded.

If the Organizer gets no reply, the Jury will choose the next winner. (The follow-up cycle of 7 days is then continued.)
